We used this tent comfortably with two adults and two children. The tent was used lightly for three seasons. It is in very good condition. Minor imperfections include some slight tearing along where the zipper attaches to the bottom frame, which has been rubber cemented (pic below), and a couple missing window brace rods (we used without those fine, likely they can be ordered if desired).
The tent for sale is the Tepui "Grand Sabana" with annex, which is the renamed model which is now the Astana XL Sky. The main difference appears to be that the Grand Sabana does not have the sky panels.
