Rough country hidden winch question

How do you mount a license plate after installing the hidden winch in the front bumper. I have a 2011 f150. I thought there was a plate that went over the winch to mount a license plate but cant seem to find it now online.

I thought I've seen pictures where people have a front license plate, but a two second google search didn't locate any.
I did see this, as a "frequently bought together". So I imagine this would work???
