RTT mounting systems...

I am in the market for a RTT, probably a Tepui as an entry level tent. I am not sure how I want to mount it yet though. If you guys have some photos (I know you do) of how you have your tents mounted over the bed of your Tacomas (1st gen preferred) lets see them. I need some Ideas, I was thinking about the All-pro bed rack and hang other things on it also, and have a good room under neath. I was also thinking that with the 4 cyl I may want the RTT to be just the height of the cab to cut the wind.

Look in the camping section, should be a few threads in there on racks for beds.

I just installed an All Pro bed rack for a customer. We cut it down 3" to set the tent up at cab height.
We bought the DIY KIT from them and then cut it to desired height and welded here in the shop.
I will have photos of the last 2 Tacoma I have finished soon.

It was a nice kit though. Bends were good. And the bed rail, flat laser cut piece was spot on and fit really well. Came with gussets and all that was needed. Its a solid option.

Ive built other bed rack's for RTT above cab on a 4cyl. You are right cutting down on the wind drag will be a big help with the 4cyl.
