I am in the Los Angeles, CA area. shipping would be kinda pricy... what's your zip code? I think I can fit each pair into a USPS Priority LARGE Flat rate box but not sure about the weight limit.... I think the weight limit is 20lbs for those flat rate boxes. if that works out, total shipping cost would be $40 ($20 each box)

USPS flat rate weight limit is 70lbs, so you shouldn't have any issues.

I just read some info on another forum that these chains are specific for 16” and 17” tires only and if you need them with 18”, they definitely don’t work. My wheels are 18” by 33” so I thought mine would work but I am told they don’t work. Is this true?

The wheel diameter won’t matter as much as the width. What’s the width? This chain set has worked for 285/75x16..... and that’s a 33” tire

USPS flat rate weight limit is 70lbs, so you shouldn't have any issues.

thanks. I was mistaken, 20lb limit is for international. for domestic the max is 70 lbs. wow, that's a lot for such small box. LOL
