Ruggid Gear Trailers

I came across Blake Trailers last week and the owner was showing me around their shop. Stuck in the back area was a prototype that they had built last year. I was totally interested and I think you guys might be too.

He told me that the base weight was only 1400 lbs! Also the only thing on it that isn't aluminum or stainless is the axle. A bit on the expensive side for me but very interesting none the less.

It was on the Blake site. $16,000 for the "new" prototype.

I actually know the guy that designed that prototype. He's an architect from South Africa that lives in Boise now. When i was a CAD guy i worked with him on a few projects...

Its a neat trailer and its got a lot of aluminum on it....

Reminds me of my old Conqueror Compact without a changing room.

Nice list of standard options though.
