How long did you have the Icons on? Did you have any quality issues with them? Sorry for all the question, trying to plan out my suspension for my Tundra and seems like a lot of people are having issues with the "higher level" stuff either not fitting and/or having QA problems on the DCs. I'm leaning towards Icons now but am not going to buy anything until this winter at the earliest (might try to get black Friday sales) so have plenty of time to plan things out :).

Understood on the sliders, funny about the filler plates. Makes me feel better about spending a hour on some stupid detail on a fab project that only I'm going to see/notice.
Sorry for the Delay in response.. to asnwer your questions.. I had the Icons, on for about 2 years. No issues at all. I got them used, from another member, but i rebuilt them, i noticed the valving was off at one point... and took them back apart... IT turns out some one before me put them in backwards...so all was well after i did that.. as far as fitting it works great! I also do beleive BTF is building just an upper arm, for these trucks, and i highly suggest using them for stuff. And yeah the sliders, just arent worth it for me to ship. I am a small one man shop..I need to start getting into lazer cut stuff if really want to get into production... Thats not my goal really. But yeah, hand cutting stuff is time consuming, and to be honest totally worth it, cause some people are like hot damn thats alot of dimple dies...and im like yeap! 150 to be exact haha.. lol

got some parts in today! ordered some bumps for the front of the tundra. super stoked on the dual battery setup as well as the Switch Pro system i'm installing. i made a small aluminum mount for it and tucked towards the back..

thanks! super excited to see where this all goes!
i just bought a 5x8 carson utility trailer, goal is to set it up for camping and doing some dual sport rides. i want to have the ability to setup camp and haul the bikes with the RTT on the trailer, or do point to point runs with the RTT on the truck.. gives me best of both worlds for what me and my wife do.
i started the rack on the trailer, keep in mind i want this to be as simple as possible, and this is not an adventure trailer.... So far the cost of the trailer was 500$, and the metal was about 80$. I made it tall enough to mount an Awning to it down the road, but not too tall, i will most likely mount a battery/solar panel to it so its self sufficient with onboard water and such.

Nice water tank install. Wish I had more space in my backseat to add such a large water tank. I'm still working on adding one 10 gallon tank back there. I already have my fridge and tool box so tank is gonna sit below them.

I'm still considering the Frontrunner footwell tank. It's space I don't use yet and I like the idea of keeping the weight down low.

Yeah, The owner of the "snowball" is shorter so it works well behind the seat for him(single cab truck). I cut all the stock brackets off just so it will fit better. I also had to cut the handle to flip up the rear seat on the passenger side of the bench seat in the truck. I was able to get quite a bit of extra room once i did that. He wanted it to to look fairly stock so thats the best i could do with the brackets. Its easy to remove, and install with the tie downs. Im pretty stoked on how that came out. In my Tundra i have a 12 gallon front runner, in the bed of it. I didnt want to give up all my interior space for it.

Only thing i am worried about is sloshing around, so maybe do the age old trick of throwing some perforated golf balls in there or something..

Hey does that water tank fit behind the rear seats?

i just realized that this is a single cab truck with the water tank i was working on.. not my tundra.. so the tank resides behind the be ch seat... no rear seats.
