Like your battery setup. I did something similar.

I wish I could do smaller batteries like yours. I used an extra Xterra battery I had. I don't run a fridge or anything. Mine is more for security if I get a dead battery out in the bush.

They are odessy PC1400s. biggest I could fit of a matched pair. I read somewhere the system works better if they are the same but I'm no expert. I don't run too much off of it but it's nice to know you can't run it down too much and get stuck. I have a button that links the two so that I can give myself a jump start which is extra insurance.

Mine link together when the key is turned. Thay way only one will die. I have killed one before leaving some lights on.
