Salvaging rusted wheel hub on 1996 Montero SR

I'm in the process of replacing my brake pads and rotors, and could really use some help!

My rotors are rust-welded to the wheel hub. I've tried every trick I can think of to separate the two, but no luck. Nothing seems to make it even budge.

So far this weekend, I've tried:

1. whacking it with a sledge hammer
2. using an air chisel along the seams
3. expanded a bolt in an bolt extender in between rotor and hub

I'd love to know if anyone else has faced this, and how they solved it. Or, if all hope is lost, are there any replacements cheaper than the OES out there?

is the hub/rotor still attached to truck or is it off? slide hammer and/or torch would be my next tool
