Same Part, Different Part #s ???

I'm in the process of ordering a Freewheel Clutch Solenoid for my '03 Montero, but am curious about something. I know that the part I need is MR430381, but does Mitsubishi sell this one part under different part #s, specifically MR430381, MB937731, MB620532, & K5T47776? The cheaper knockoff versions of this part all have in their descriptions these alternate #s, claiming the part is used in the Pajero, Triton, L200, and L300. Is it really just the same part, but given a different part # when stuck on a different model truck?

I admit I haven't researched this part number in particular. I have seen some part numbers replaced by new parts with new part numbers. Maybe someone knows something about these parts in particular.

I wish I had had more time, but I am on a crunch to get my '03 Montero sorted before next weekend. Luckily the only Mitsubishi dealership in town had one of the MR430381 solenoids on the shelf...but for $156, ouch. My only time to work on the rig is this weekend, so I had to cough up the cash and pick it up. On the bright side, installation was super simple: 2x10mm bolts, 2 electrical connectors, and four vacuum hoses. Took all of 15 minutes, and instantly after finishing and starting her up the orange light was gone. Bye, bye code 34 and the gas-sucking AWD mode I was stuck in.

If I'd had more time I probably would have bought both solenoids (MR430381 and MB937731) just to compare. I'm sure I could have either sent one back or sold it to another Mitsu owner in need. Maybe someone else in the future can find out for us.
