I have a small project I'm working on and need some precision cuts made using 5/8 and 1/2 baltic Birch...

Any recommendations?

I've used Thunderbird in ElCajon for some work in the past. The problem is I can't remember if their the waterjet place or the lasercutter. If they arent the lasercutter, that facility is right around the block from them and they will know who your looking for.

Hope that helps..

Awesome! Thanks!

Googling Thunderbird El Cajon brings up a copper products place... Is this what you're referring to?

Yeah thats the waterjet place. The copper is their main line, but they pay some bills with the waterjet. I think the lasercutter place near there is called RMS...

You would be better served by a typical wood products / custom woodworking business which owns a CNC router / CNC machining center which can route and bore your parts. Setup is the killer though as you have to do the same programming whether it is one part of ten thousand parts.

For the back of my 4runner's storage area... a top, a bottom, two sides, a back, a shelf, and a divider to split the space between the shelf and the bottom to fit drawers into. I want to remove triangles in strategic areas to save on weight
