Nice build. What A/C unit did you end up going with?We had to rework the front clip a bit for mounting the AC and for fitting the radiator. Bought and upgraded intercooler which is claimed to increase capacity by 30%.

I have an 1988 Santana 2500 DC(DC means short body) and my father in law sent me the dealer maintenance manuals and the parts manuals and after a cross reference I found that the tanks of the land rover series 3 is the same as the Santana series IV or 2500 DL (dl means long body) so far the parts has been fairly cheap to find usually I get the parts from France but they are really cheap to get and they specialize in Santana cars. Euro4x4parts.comNice build. What A/C unit did you end up going with?
Also do you know where to get parts for these Santana’s? I got a 91 Santana 110 last week and the fuel tank is cracked in 3 places. Not sure if the Defender tank will fit and am having trouble finding info...
Already tried rovers north and they don't sell Santana parts but like I said on the ipc ( image part manuals) most of the parts of the frame, fuel tank, axles wheel bearings etc are cross reference with the land rover series 109 or 88 but the frame itself is a 110 and 90. The body, interior, engine and transfer case are cross reference with the defender 90Try Rovers North. They may be able to help with Santana parts and/or crossing over to Defender stuff.
Interesting build! I guess I’m lucky I imported my truck when I did. It seems to be a mine field now a days.
So....what ever happened to this build? We had to rework the front clip a bit for mounting the AC and for fitting the radiator. Bought and upgraded intercooler which is claimed to increase capacity by 30%.
