Been working on the sheet metal floor and I started building my layout table for panel lamination. Also got 2 of the 3 tires mounted.

It's going to be plug welded to the frame and it's going to have an inch of foam and fiberglass sheet laminated on top of it and vinyl tile or some sort of floor covering over that.

More progress! Bought some foam, fenders got some work, rear bumper started, made the base for the table mount, made rear shackle tabs, got the top put on the layout table, put on studs for the mud flaps and a few other things:

My doors showed up. Ordered from Challenger Door. Seem like pretty decent quality. Packaged very well. Chassis is painted and the floor sheetmetal is welded on and the edges sealed with Sika. Scored a really nice vac pump off of FB marketplace for $100. Turns out its a $600+ pump.

Next up is getting the floor done and laminating some full panels to cut up for fender wells.

My calcs say it's dry weight is going to be very close to your teardrop if you can believe that

your early build encouraged me to try something on my own. I still say I'm going to buy the plans from your first build and try that. I'm working on a build thread for mine now. and following this on youtube, i get excited everytime i get a notification of a new video. nice work as always!
