not military & CALIF address. no problem. I'm glad I got them before it's gone

As of 6/2/08, BQ refused to ship to CA, citing CARB.

It's unfortunate that this is where all the the good money is made.

That they can levy a $100,000 fine on cans far superior to CARB cans is just a joke, and proves the mockery of environmental activism.

Late June, BQ refused to ship to my daughter in Oregon, and would only ship to military addresses for military use. I suppose only the secondary market will have them anymore, or the occasional overpriced onesie-twosie.

I think as of recent you can not get them anymore in any state
the gas at least the water ones you can still buy

You're intending to put fuel in the $26 water can? The shortage and refusal to ship issue is of the fuel cans.
