Also. I'm not sure if the height dimension for Scepter MFC's are the same as water cans, but my water cans are 19" high.
You know, just in case you needed it for a locking/wraparound-style carrier.

I'm back from the Overland Expo... awesome event! Sold lots of Scepters but I did come with some. SO...they're back up for sale! $75.00 for TWO and $140.00 for FOUR.
