Did you decide how to hinge the top? How will it work with a rack over it, maybe I missed something on your thread!

Nice lid. I used a gasket that was about that thick and is seals REALLY TIGHT. Sometimes hard to break it loose.

I will hinge on the drivers side and reinforce the tailgate with a bar across the top.
