Thakns I am really happy with it. Still needs little things like interior/exterior lights and door seals. It tows really nice and its great to be able to jack knife the trailer 90deg for tight turns or loading dirt bikes in the back without unhooking the trailer.

did you end up putting wood on the floor? was it treated lumber, osb? just wondering how waterproof it is. did you notice any leaks when it was raining and the roads were wet?

It should be in the for sale section, I will track it down and post a link here. I do have a very interested buyer looking at it on Saturday tho. I did go with a wood floor, It's 1/2 laminated plywood. I painted the bottom of the floor with several coats of sealer. The top was stained and then sealed with clear poly. The floor was also sealed to the chassis with clear silicone. I still have not installed the door seals and still have almost no water inside even after several outings. Once the door seals are in it should be totally sealed. I went with 1/2 inch rubber bulb seals, they will be here next week.

UPDATE: The trailer is sold and has been passed off to its new owner Jeff! He is having a blast with it down in California! I'm going to post some of the pictures he has sent me and hopefully he will keep us all updated with progress. Before He picked the trailer up I finished up the door seals and added an led light bar in the cargo area. I think he is planning on bringing it back this summer to get a swing away spare tire mount and fuel can mount on the back and a max coupler. Here are some pictures, keep the comments coming!

Here it is getting hooked up the Jeffs 4runner.

Had him test out the 2" ball hitch on an open lot by my house, worked great.

Apparently my neighbors didn't think it was very funny... HA!
