Searching for a US version of this amazing Korean sleeping mat

I ran across this sleeping pad while in Korea recently. It's very solid and is way more comfortable than anything I've tried out over the years. Unfortunately they only make them in 200cm wide which is too large for my ground tent. Does anyone know of another air sleeping mat that almost feels like a solid mattress?

I'm going to have to check these out. In all my research I didn't find these, and they look amazing.
