Securing storage drawers?

I've been using turn buckles, but they seem to come loose each day, and that's just from freeway driving. What else are you guys using to attach your drawers to your rig?

Buy new good turnbuckles with jam nuts. one side of a turn buckle has reverse thread so adding a nut to that side is tricky if it doesn't already have one(unless you have access to reverse thread nuts)

McMaster-Carr usually has left hand thread nuts, but you'll need to know the pitch and diameter.

I used a wing nut that's the same thread as the right hand threaded side and a lock washer

I haven't had an issue with the left hand threaded end coming loose enough to be a concern.

you can also drill a small hole in the end of the thread and feed a piece of wire into it tying it off. I certainly can't see how it'll rotate this way and it'll still be easy to remove if needed
