Selling Extra 2" Composite Panels

I run a small shop in Los Angeles where we use 2" EPS-FRP sandwich panels in the production of shelter products. I'm trying to get rid of some excess inventory before we move, and can sell them at cost. These are not DIY panels, produced by an onshore supplier. Happy to share more details and photos of our products via. DM.

I know these panels were a PITA to source, and I did a lot of research on this forum before purchasing, so wanted to post here and see if any community members had interest in some discounted panels.

I have 8.5'x20' and 9'x20' but can cut them to any size needed here in the shop.

Please shoot me a DM if interested! Thanks.

I think you came to the right place, should be some interested here on ExPo.

However, I think the classified section would be the proper location for your offerings

Wishing you were closer. What are the marks on the panel surface? I realize that there's a protective film but it looks like there are several square sections that are at a different level than the surrounding area and it looks to be below the protective film.

A small number of the 9' panels (maybe 10%?) have some telegraphing of the different foam sections. The supplier is limited to 8' foam sheets, so they have to adhere the foam edge-to-edge as well as to the FRP sheets. Not an issue structurally, but visually noticeable on an angle. I use them for floors.

I'll post in classifieds as well. Thanks.

What's the foam density? Any specs on the FRP skin? It's important to consider these specs for use on a vehicle. Last thing you want is the foam core or Skin to delaminate or fracture.

Might also want to know what adhesive and bonding method was used along with thermal properties to make sure the bond will hold up in a vehicle application.
