Selling my C02 set up
First off there is a POWERTANK sticker on the tank. it is NOT a power tank, its a homemade set up. One fill up would last a wheeling season for me with my old Land Cruisers.
#10lb aluminum tank, last Hydrostatic Testing was 08/07 good until 2012.
150 psi fixed regulator, Model "150 Male" CO2 regulator with a 150 lb. spring from Williams Balloons & Helium w/ a quick release coupling.
Tank with valve & handle measures 21 inches tall x 6.5 at the flat base
There is also a fire extinguisher mounting bracket, all I got around to using to hold the tank to the bracket was a large hose clamp, the bracket was bolted to the floor in my FZJ80.

$135.00 + shipping

did you mention to DHL that you were gonna be shipping a compressed gas tank? I'm sure you already know that you should make sure it's completely empty before you box it up. Not trying to bust your chops but I've had O2 cylinders shipped to me and people get weird when it comes to compressed gases.

No problem. Its been drained, told the DHL counter guy what it was, said as long as it was empty it was OK.
