Series Land Rover Trailer

Oh shoot, sorry. Well, it's basically like a Series Land Rover pick-up bed with LR axles and springs, hoops and canvas, turned into a trailer. Looks neat behind a Series truck.

He only wants $550, in Halifax NS. I can hook you up with a contact if anybody is interested.

Any idea what this trailer weighs and if it's wired up with a 4 wire or 7 wire loom? At that price, I'd be tempted to make the drive up. :smiley_drive:

If that was here in the States I would pick it up! It would look right at home behind my Armored Land Rover!

I'm trying to get the guy's contact info.

This trailer really should go to somebody with a Series, instead of somebody just looking for a cheap trailer. ;)

Land Rover Trailer

I understand there is some interest in my trailer. It is wired 7 plug with 6 live. I don't know the weight but it isn't much. I hardly notice it behind my series 11 except on hills. Any other questions?

Thanks, I used a land rover emblem as a template on sheet alum. & hand painted the crest just for a laugh.
I don't have pictues of the axle, but if it stops raining here I will post some. I built it on a series 11 axle, front series springs with fewer leafs. Shocks are attached as per series trucks. I hand built the tailgate from 1 inch square tube and cut out the sheeting from sheet alum. The bottom hinges are stock Rover, the top are hand made.

Thanks to Rob Lefebvre for getting in touch.
The emblem is something I made just for a laugh. The trailer sits on a series 11 axle, less third member with series front springs & shock plates. It could be built into a power trailer. I managed to get a few pictures beteen the non stop rain for two days.

Great looking trailer! And love the emblem. Care to make another to sell me? I'd love to have one on my m416 that I tow behind my Land Rover Series III Lightweight!

Good luck with the sale. I'm sure it will find another good home soon.

Can't build any more. Truck & trailer for sale due to a work injury has forced retirement & permanent loss in right arm & back problems.
