I measured the wheel openings. Currently 33 inches. But I've got 44 inches of material to work with, so a fender opening big enough for 33" tires seems easily doable. And this product from Flexy would allow wide tires without getting the whole thing muddy on the sides. And would beef up the look a bit. Flexy has them in 2.5 to 5 inch wide so there are options. And at $90 on amazon for 300 inches of product or $50 for 2 58 inch sections, it doesn't break the bank. I like that they have a small hole run through the outside lip. You can insert a small section of "fence wire" and then you can shape the outside edge and it will hold true. Simple, effective, and cheap. Mi gusta!
