The master pull 10 footer is made of the same line the 30 foot kinetic is made of. It stretches like the 30 footer, approx. 30 percent. While I would not use it as a kinetic line, too short, it is of the same material and is not static. I have towed with them, bridled with them and used them as tree savers. Recently master pull has begun producing flat tree savers, non kinetic material.
Although not appropriate for a kinetic pull, you can shorten any rope without knots with some loops and some old magazines (I prefer Overland Journal for good karma).
