You're half-way correct... it's an illegal wrestling hold, just lower. It was banned in 1964, the "Himalyan Snowcock" was most notably used by "Pinky" Denunzio in professional wrestling. It didn't result in a disfiguring or disabling injury, it was just deemed too embarrassing.

a few from the Mt Hood Rally in Oregon last month, the 4runner was working "sweep" duties again with an EMT riding shotgun

On the way out to Hood River after work on Friday - I stopped at one of the highway truck weigh stations and found out it weighs 5k lbs in full rally trim

at camp, cooking breakfast on the tailgate before heading out for the day
