Y2k tundra with the 4.7 engine. It is at about 230k truck has been running good with nothing other than a exhaust manifold leak. Truck is only running on even cylinders and is not throwing any codes or check engine lights. Mechanic says the engine needs to be replaced, any thoughts. Could it be something that the OBDII is missing?
