I used a bender like this

All the tube that I used has a diameter of 1" 1/2

Some news today !

Last Sunday I disassembled the rollcage

And then I reassembled with the pins as to project

The pins in detail

I reassembled all the cage using bolts M10 and this il the result

Incredibly everything went according to plan, I was able to mount it on the tray alone without help :victory: I'm very very happy

Today I started to paint al the pieces, I think that by the next week I will have finished all, ready for Easter weekend

Just in time for the Easter weekend today I mounted the rollcage and the RTT, thankfully everything went well.

I everybody !!! last weekend I tested the cage with the RTT, everything went well I'm very satisfied of this work now I'm ready for the second part of the project.

Happy birthday to me !!! not today but next Sunday

Last Monday I installed a new tent on my Hilux, :luxhello::luxhello::victory: my present for my birthday :jump: I can't wait to try it this weekend :camping:

but it is not the only news, to prepare the Hilux for the Iceland trip, I ordered other parts that will arrive in the next weeks this year I spent much money for my birthday :yikes::yikes::yikes:

Hi to everyone !

In last weeks i done some works on my hilux, to prepare it for the next trip in Iceland, I mounted steel skid plates from bumper to the transfer made from ARB, I mounted a snorkel and I modified the rear bumper, now I have more clearance from the ground
Here are some pics.

Drill the body was really scary :yikes::yikes::yikes::yikes: the possibility of making mistakes was high...




...but in the end everything went well

Hi guys !!! I have a small update for my car....this year at my home Santa Claus came early :wings::wings::wings:then merry Christmas to me !!!

I purchased a new set of Wheels for my Hilux 4 17x8 ET0 EvoCorse DakarZero by Fondmetal (www.evocorse.com)

Hi guys ! Another small work on my Hilux, modification of the fender to give more space to the wheel.

Cut the lower part of the fender

and apply the new part to complete the fender

This morning I mounted also 2 back lights on the bumper, I'm satisfied are very small but very powerful

Update for my truck last year was very very difficult, I had some health problems, I was very busy at work, so I could 't spend too much time to do upgrades, but now I have some news,
I mounted new front shocks made by ProFender and new limit straps made by ProComp

Painted in satin black the fenders

Finally after a year, I completed the first part of the tray equipment, with air compressor, 50 lt. water tank and a slide with all the necessary for kitchen

Before summer I hope to finish the second part of the tray equipment with another slide.

And a picture of the work that kept me busy last autumn/winter (unfortunately is not mine)
