Sleep in the rig, anyone using stabilizers?

Most of my travels and rig-camping are during the winter. That means not only cold weather, but storms. Wind tosses the truck around, and can feel like a boat on very rough waters when sleeping.

Anyone using some sort of stabilizers? Ive checked into RV style ones, but they are all too short. And I do not want to pack along camper jacks.

how about a hi lift on the slider? not lifting much. should help with the rocking.

or just put a strap on each side of the axle to the frame, enough to be tight ?
