Slickrock Fab. D1 slider install tips

I bought a set of Slickrock Fabrication D1 sliders this week and am hoping to install them this weekend. The only instructions on the box refer to installation tips on the website, which is no longer available. Anyone have a copy in an emailable format they could send? Thanks.

Haha! Nice score, huh? A local guy was planning to build a Disco but ended up going a different route. I think he'd had these in storage for a couple years. Brand new in unopened packaging.
