Well I called my brother to see if he had any connections and I was surprised to find out he could get me a good deal on a bed slide for my truck.

This truck is going to have a lot done in to it very soon.

Raider RCC Canopy
Firestone Airbags
Bed Slide
4 lightforces lights and Rigid LED light bar
Ton of other lights (LED) in the canopy

It is starting to take shape.

I guess I should start a new thread for the truck as it progresses here soon. I will try to keep the pictures coming.

I need to add some pictures to this thread. I have added too my set-up to make it more user friendly and versitile. Once it warms up some I will take some new pictures to this.

Home built slider

I built a pretty useful tray/drawer for cheap. Used some nice cabinet grade plywood on sale @ Home Depot and some Unistrut. I used a torch to melt wax onto the surfaces that slide. I've slid it in & out with at least 350lbs with no problem. I left one side high to secure things like acetylene bottles that need to stay upright, unseen in the photos are D rings attached to secure stuff. I also added some brackets at the back later to keep things from wiggling around.

Hopefully pics will be self explanatory.

You may notice that the hatch has a stick holding it up. The struts won't hold up the back door now that I've attached my redneck security system. ;)
