Small lockbox for inside cab of truck

Have you looked into the console vault? I have had them in previous vehicles and are a nice addition for added security when away from the vehicle. I stored medication, money and my carry sidearm with me and felt that it was safe enough to leave in the vehicle when hiking or even leaving the vehicle unattended overnight. They are a little pricey but well worth it on my opinion.

I did look into those, but I don't really have any room for it. Have a ford ranger, so not much room. The only way I would be able to fit it is to either put in bucket seats, or cut out the middle seat in the 60/40 seats that I have. Maybe someday though...

The best thing I ever did to my ranger was put in a set of bucket seats and center console out of an explorer. Found them at a pick and pull for $40 for all of it, bolted right in with no modifications

The sentry safe I've played with at walmart (anyone could open it with nail clippers). The club looks like crap. I would have 10x more confidence in a pelican case bolted down with a good lock.

I have a one of these bolted into each of my cars. They are not perfect, and someone who is determined will get in, but placement will make getting a pry bar on them difficult. Avoid the key pad units as they have a reputation of not opening when you need it to...
