Snow Run

[taco chaser]

A small group of us got the chance to make our annual snow run for the first time this winter. The trails take us from 3800 ft elev. to 7000+ ft elev. Snow pack started out 1 - 1.5 ft and ended up 3 ft +.

What a nice day.

No chains this round, but they would have helped with the climb out to the top of Cat creek. Winter is just getting started so there is going to be a few more runs for sure this season, if the weather holds...

We got out saturday 10pm-5am in/around Black Rock Canyon in the west desert over the weekend.. fun times!!
