SOCAL - Kenwood D710 help needed

Hi everyone,

Looking for a local helping hand. I have the D710G radio and a I can do basic things with it but would like help in programing multiple repeaters through the KRS software that I bought. Also would like some help with understanding APRS more.

Well, i have fiddled around quite a bit and have forged out a lot. If anyone needs pointers, let me know!

I am not familiar with the KRS software, but if it is giving you issues you may check out CHIRP. It is free and I have used it on multiple radios without a problem. Only minor annoyance is that it seems picky about the comm port you plug the cable into and what sequence you plug everything in (cable into radio then into computer, or vise versa)... could have been my old crappy computer, haven't tried it on my new laptop yet.
