Semi-Hex
Enfant Terrible
For those of us who are making plans, what custom things did you have added? I'm like you and only want to do this once, my trailer will be LOADED... but I certainly haven't thought of everything.
I don't think I will ever think of everything I want and then I wouldn't be able to afford it. Here are a couple of things:
I have having solar and am putting it in after I pick up the trailer but I need the wire run through the roof in a watertight method. I'm also installing left and right flood lights which also need wiring on the roof. Here are the clamshell waterproof connectors I'm having installed: https://www.bluesea.com/products/1007100/Side_Entry_CableClam_with_Stainless_Steel_Dress_Cap
I'm having the optional rack mounts installed but will be using 1" pipe with thread caps to mount my shower and solar panel. I will be storing my gravity fed water filter pipes inside the rack.
I'm getting the parking brake option from Dexter so I can install locking parking lever on both sides. I'm getting the levers and cables from here: http://thepartshouseinc.com/The-Parts-House-Inc-Products.php
Rock lights under trailer (4 on each side) as well as two red nightlight under the doors so we can see when we go out at night without ruining our vision.
Fold down shelves so we can store our iPads, phones and other stuff at night (see pic). Custom lights on his/her sides for reading that you can switch to red: http://doctorled.com/M301.htm a special housing will be used for lights, USB and 12v DC adapters.
Upgraded Fantastic fan with remote. Almost all of my lighting and other things with be run on remote control relays.
Extra 1 1/4 hitches.
