Solar lights

Does anyone know of a manufacturer who makes a self-adhesive/no-drilling required solar light, in yellow and red, that could be used to act as [emergency/replacement] clearance lights on a truck?

I am looking for a solar or battery powered lights in yellow and red to replace the proximity/clearance lights on a tall camper (trying to eliminate through-hull wiring).

You might find success in the marine world. Red and Green will be easy to find (think 'Red Right Returning') but amber might be difficult to find.
