Hi,
The bumper is the Slee Shortbus bumper https://sleeoffroad.com/products/sok1080/
It does have a winch mount. You have to use low profile winches as it is tucked under pretty good. From the Slee site here are the compatible winches
Winch Compatibility

  • Warn Low Mount Winches up to XP9.5
  • Warn Zeon 10S
  • Come-Up Seal Gen2 9.5RS (normal and SLIM), DV-9, DV-9S,

I am selling to move up to a Tundra. We are also selling our camper van and going to get a tow behind travel trailer and I need more pulling weight than the cruiser can handle. I wish I would have decided this a couple years ago before I rebuilt the engine and painted it but I thought at the time it was my forever car. Things change quickly though once kids are in the picture!

I'm happy to meet you somewhere to take a look one day or just talk on the phone if you like. I can also do a facetime or Skype or Zoom call if you want me to walk you through it on video.

I really want to see it go to a good home. I love the truck but it just doesn't work for our changing lifestyle right now.

Let me know

thanks for the quick reply... i have been building a stewart & stevenson m1079 for a little while now as an overlander... but i have also been thinking of someone smaller like this to maybe pull a little off road trailer... i love yours... but it is on the higher side of that they are going for... so i am still giving it some thought... not saying to lower your price... just a bit high for me... i am looking at others... but yours is really close to me...lol

Curious as to what kind of tow behind that you are looking at?

Looking at a 25' Airstream travel trailer. ~7,500 lbs unloaded. So the cruiser wont handle that going up in the mountains out west.

We can certainly talk about the price. I'm not firm on that it was just a starting point. Send me a PM and we can exchange numbers to talk.

After talking with some folks about delivery of cruiser and things I am willing to drive up to 500 miles to meet someone.

Is this still available? How are seats and steering wheel under the covers? Do you have a video of a cold start? Any other known mechanical issues and do you have service records?

I've gotten a couple of the same questions now so just for the benefit of all.

How are seats and steering wheel under the covers?
Front seats are like new, they are only a couple years old. I bought brand new Corbeau Sport Seats after the driver power seat motor stopped working. There are a lot of fixes for that but I didn't like the stock seats anyway. The rear seats have some typical leather wear for a car this old. The uprights (backs) are in perfect condition and the part where your butt sits are perfect but the section towards the front where your thighs ride are dry and cracked. I kept leather conditioner on them but still have some wear. The steering wheel is in about 75% condition under the cover. It has a few spots that the leather is mostly worn through but no major tears and all the padding is still under there intact.

Do you have a video of a cold start?
I do not but I am happy to have a video call with you most anytime and I can walk around the car and under and do a cold start for you on camera live. I can do facetime, skype, zoom, webex or amazon chime whichever software you prefer. The motor only has about 3,000 miles since rebuild. It was a thorough rebuild and not just a freshen up.

Any other known mechanical issues and do you have service records?
The only other known issues would be the exhaust it is showing its age and has some decent rust behind the front passenger wheel. No leaks or holes but will need to be replaced in next couple years. I do have 99% of the service records. I keep a logbook in the car and have every tank of gas logged and all service done in the logbook plus nearly all the receipts since I've owned it. I have a 2+" stack of receipts to give the new owner.

I can provide the VIN if you want to run a carfax also
