GVWR is 8000lbs

Payload ( i assume you are talking towing capacity) is 13850 lbs.

Payload and Towing capacity are different. Payload is essentially how much you can put in the truck and truck bed minus full tank of gas. It may be better to take a picture of the door jam. If the GVWR is 8000lbs I'm going to guess payload might be 1800-2200lbs?

Payload isn't on the sticker. But i did go relook and the payload is actually 8800.

FRONT GAWR is 5200
REAR GAWR is 6084

Did a quick google and its looking like guys are saying 2K ish for the payload

unless someone removed it your door jam should have a sticker like this

secondary sticker that I assume you have because of the diesel. My truck has pretty limited payload and the leather seats and sunroof really eats into it....

Tire and loading information stickers weren't mandatory until 2006 model year. To figure out the load capacity you would have to weigh the truck but it's probably around 2000lbs for this truck.
