This is a fully functioning off-grid capable camper that will last for many years. The 7.3 Turbo Diesel is called the "Million Mile Motor" and is considered by many to be one of the best truck engines ever made. This one is just breaking in. Even fully loaded, it handles mountain highways and roads easily.
Less than 3K miles on wheels & tires. Less than 6K on most everything else that was rebuilt. I use a portable propane heater for cold nights since we're in California. I spent well over $110K and 5 years on this. Originally I built it to rent out because they bring $300-350 a night but I got too attached to it. Now, I have a new business to fund so I need to sell... : (
