I believe I am the 3rd Owner.

Two burner stove
3-way refrigerator
thermostatically controlled heat
newish battery (including all wiring, fuses and relays to charge while driving)
full propane tank
Rieco Jacks
Yakima track / crossbars
FanTastic 3 speed fan / vent

The camper DOES NOT HAVE:
Solar or solar hook ups (as far as I know, though FWC does prewire most options to even basic shell model campers)
Water Heater
Shower

Included is everything needed to load it up and drive it off.

In this last picture you can see a slight bit of water damage (top left of lifting panels) the PO had found a small leak somewhere and had repaired. This is all that exists as far as damage. I have never found any water inside that was not condensation related.

1/4" Aluminum backing plates were added to the tie down locations to greatly improve strength.

No I am actually down sizing... I am back in College now and need to thin out my expo gear. Sadly, this includes my camper... I will go back to a sleeping platform or RTT configuration.

No solar.

It is equipped with a 10 gallon water tank.

No hot water or shower.

It has what I believe to be the right amount of extras. I have never had a need for a water heater or shower. Nor have I had a need for solar.
