I'm selling my un-modified Fleetwood Neon. The camper is very solid and has only seen 'campground' use. It comes with the factory propane heater and the factory awning. I purchased new custom bench, backrest and mattress covers in June (hasn't been used since).
Overall, the camper is in great shape. It has always been stored inside a garage.
Two known issues: the plastic edging on the table surfaces inside is beginning to separate (pieces will need glued/stapled). Also, had an unwelcome winter rodent guest last year that chewed a couple of holes in canvas and screen on right side. I repaired all damage as shown in images below.
