This is tempting...
On the fresh water tank(s) - was that a typo? Only 10 + 15 gallons? Roadtrek's page indicated a 31 gallon tank, but that was for a 170 Versatile, and different model year.
On the vehicle itself - any rust issues, particularly underneath? Has it been a southwest vehicle since new? (I. E. have you lived in the SW since 2006) Any water leaks, particularly in the roof?
I apologize for my naiveness in regard to mechanics and automobile aspect but I do not understand what you mean by are there "any rust issues". I thought all vehicles have rust underneath as the attached pictures show.
If what you ask is there rust above the undercarriage the answer is no. If you have not visited the blemish pictures on Flickr this is the link (

With regard to the fresh water tanks. Not a typo. There are two tanks for a total of 25gals. Indoor is a 10gal tank that is in a climate controlled environment that you can use in the winter. Outside is another 15gal tank that is exposed to outside temperatures and in cold climates must be winterized to avoid it from freezing. Yes, the 170 Versatile is a different model. And the 190 Versatile, our Roadtrek model, is no longer produced.
Again, as I read your question about "rust issues, particularly underneath" I hope I answered that question as I am not sure what you meant. Other than travel the vehicle has been based in Houston, TX and Phoenix, AZ, both in the southwest, since we purchased it in 2006. Actually in Nov 2005 but it is a 2006 Model. As for water leaks none that I am aware of. Keep in mind, the vehicle is based in Phoenix, AZ where it rarely rains, however, with the recent floods in Phoenix there is no evidence of water leaks indoor. With regard to the roof specifically I will disclose this, I removed the satellite dish before heading south to avoid that being on someone's interest list (if you know what I mean) and I had the holes plugged up. On the trip it rained quite a bit, especially in Panama, and no water leaks. When I got back, the dish was reinstalled and no leaks from it. However, somehow a mechanism inside that lifts and lowers the antenna inside does not work and rather than have it removed I chose to leave it in place for the next own to decide to repair it or not. On top of that, somehow or someone, broke a cabin window and rather replace it I repaired it temporary with plexiglass and it does not leak either. Lastly, there is an accidental puncture with a screw, and it is included in the blemish pictures, and it was repaired temporary as well and it does not leak either.
I believe I answered those for you as best as I can. Thanks for the interest.
