I’ll include an LF Bros all in one diesel heater as well. I removed the original propane heater for more storage space in the spring/ summer months as you don’t need a heater.

Awning C channel installed along sides and back
L track installed on back wall
Powered push/pull roof vent
Recently built window flap awnings for better shade/ rain protection.
Recently just finished sealing basically every single point under the metal along the wood I could access.
Turnbuckle access ports changed to marine portholes and rectangular access holes for more room to access the turnbuckles.
Also made a rubber matt bumper to go in between the camper and truck bed.
I built a dolly to move it around in the garage that I’ll include as well.
Located in Payson, Az.
Looking to sell it for $14,000. I’m negotiable within reason though I’m willing to deliver it anywhere within 15-20 hours from Phoenix for what I’m asking.
I’m also interested in trading it for a camper van. I can add cash for the right setup, must be 4x4 though.
