2007 Hallmark UTE XS. Made for short bed trucks (6.5 ft bed) but should still fit a long bed. Happijac electric jacks on all four corners with Happijac Jack Extenders in front (for duallies or wide tire trucks). Two brand new 6V Golf Cart batteries in May 2022. Three roof vents, one with a Fantastic Fan. New tinted door window with blackout blind Aug 2022. Wet bath, outdoor shower, dinette, EW bed, secondary bed (shelf I used for storage), AM/FM/CD player, 3 burner stove, 3-way Dometic fridge, and microwave. 30 gallon fresh/14 gray/12 black. Furnace blows hot and heats water well. Hallmark lists these at roughly 1800 lbs dry weight. Onboard propane tank with tank meter.

Have some extras that will go along with it (hoses, dump hose, Happijac Turnbuckles if you use those). If not using Happijac tiedowns you will need your own tiedowns.

It's an awesome unit. Only selling because the camper I ordered over a year ago is complete and ready for me to pick up.

$15K obo, motivated seller and willing to consider reasonable offers. Would really like to see it go to a good home, it's an awesome unit that deserves to be used.

2007 still had the rubber roof,don't think the composite roof came out till 2008, or did you get it modified at Hallmark.

The roof is rubber. I did not take it in for upgrade. I have only owned it for a year or so. I bought it as an in-between camper while I had another unit on order. It does have the electric lift on it though.
