As far as beds go, it's accessible, though it's a little more difficult than getting into and out of something as simple as a van door. If you're using the cook area, and need to get into the back, it makes it a little more challenging. However, if you're smart about how you layout things on the inside, the gullwing doors on the side make it a lot more practical. I use bins on the sides of the bed for accessing things like kitchen goods and the fridge for exactly this reason. AluCab makes a cool pantry kit that can go in one of the gullwings as well.
