Gently used 2016 Turtleback Expedition trailer in a custom tan color with matching CVT Mt. Denali CV Summit Hybrid RTT and many accessories. Turtlebacks are extremely dependable and durably-built trailers that will track both at speed and through rougher terrain without skipping a beat. With a full kitchen and 42 + 6 (in the water heater) gallons of water on board, a dual AGM battery electrical system with pure sine wave inverter and solar charge controller and flexible 90W solar panel, and dual propane powered water heater and Partner Steel cooktop, you can take your off-grid adventures and dry camping to the next level. The largest Mt Denali Summit CVT tent mounted on top of a robust rack system measures 87” wide, and can sleep 4 (or more) very comfortably. The included full annex drops down for an enclosed and screened area adjacent to the trailer.
We’ve enjoyed owning it for the past few years, and are now ready to move to a different type of adventure setup. It’s been meticulously cared for - all systems and functions operate as they did when new, the wood finishes show virtually no signs of wear, and the trailer is rust and damage-free, save for some small nicks on the nose box from gravel. We have only used the trailer on fire roads and in established and/or dispersed campgrounds (no hardcore off-roading). When not in use, it has been stored in a climate-controlled garage, and the water systems have been cleaned a minimum of 2x annually. It is now ready to go to a new home. This trailer has almost every option offered by Turtleback at the time of build.

Trailer history: I’m the third owner, it was originally used by CB Adventure Supply for 3 months as a show trailer. Then purchased by the second owner in 2017 and based out of the Salt Lake City area. I purchased the trailer in mid-2019, added a brand new CVT tent, and the trailer has seen very little use since then out of its new home in California. It moved with us to Boise, ID, where it has been stored in a climate-controlled garage.

48"x32" Nose Box, 45" Side Box, 25" Side Box Our Storage Box Set are constructed in house using CNC Laser cut aluminum. Then they are CNC bent to insure the perfect fit. Our welder TIG welds them together then they are powder coated in and out. We finish the assembly with 1/16 stainless rope to hold the doors at a 90 degree for additional table space. We line the door with Baltic Birch inserts and seal the doors with 3/8" rubber bulb seal that is connected with a steal re-enforced pinch welt. We use polished stainless like keyed latches. Includes Blue Sea 1 Battery Disconnect, Blue Sea 6 Circuit Fuse Block, 6 Amp Marine Battery 2 Bank Charger (Shore Power), 10 Amp Solar controller with Voltage Meter.
