Why not just get the title transferred? I would be a buyer if I was buying from a seller that has their name on the title.

I would consider that if a buyer were willing to pay $46,000. I'd rather sell it cheaper to a cash buyer however.

Good to know. I'm happy to cover any fees related to a registration lapse. I was at the UT DMV this morning with the title and there will be 0 additional fees should someone happen to register it in Utah.

Received a deposit on the camper tonight. If the buyer doesn't take delivery by 3/10, it will be available once again. I will update the thread at that time.
