1. Is the enclosed box water tight?
2. Can one open the box with bikes mounted on top?
3. To confirm, the enclosed box is 46 1/4" wide (side to side), 34" long (front to rear), and 24" deep?
4. What material is the box construction?
5. Any rust on the trailer square tubing?
6. Does the trailer have a VIN and title?
7. The generator box and 20lb propane tank are included?
8. Specs: weight, width, length?
