We are selling because we are going to try full time RVing, so we will need a different rig for that.

I ordered every option except the ones the dealer told me wouldn’t work for my family. We did not get the “flush” mount sink and stove because he said they make it difficult to use standard pots and pans. We didn’t get the inside shower or toilet because we wanted more storage. We have used a thetford porta potti 565e which fits in the bottom cabinet perfectly.

I am including for free the 8ft pallet jack and pallets I bought to move the camper in and out of my garage. This was my dealer’s recommendation over building a dolly system. It is really like magic. The pallet jack capacity is 5000 lbs. Which means we can easily load the camper in the garage and just wheel it outside when it's time to go. I have a standard size garage, and the fact the FWC fit inside my garage was the primary reason I bought it. Previously we had a 33ft travel trailer and picking it up from a storage lot and bringing it home was a pain.

The camper is in excellent shape. It has been garage kept since purchase, with the top popped up. The only defects are a small piece of plastic broke off the screen door, but it doesn’t affect its function at all, and the refrigerator also lost a small piece of plastic. The dealer recommended we cut away part of the bottom cabinet to fit a large porta potti which works great. The Factory used to do this for you, but they stopped doing it during my camper’s manufacturing run in the summer of 2020.

The truck’s paint has some small scratches, but it’s otherwise in great shape. I don’t idle it much at all, and I don’t commute to work with it. Almost all of the mileage is on highways driving around the country with a camper or trailer. The tire tread minimum and maximum tire tread depths are in the google pictures below. I never lifted it because I wanted to keep it stock for towing. I am only willing to sell the camper by itself, or as a package with the truck.

I think I have priced the camper fairly, configuring this camper today is almost $40K new + sales taxes + waiting. The truck might be a little steep but I still need a truck and where I live the trucks are very expensive.

Thanks for looking.
