It's attached at two pivot points on the tray as well as the rear jack stand mounting points of the camper. Loosen a few nuts and it will lower on the pivot points.

Tire and wheel is about 115lbs total

Likely another truck camper but... smaller, simpler. I do love the Ram's though. We'll see?
