I'm selling a 24ft gooseneck trailer (10,000 lb) that I've partially rigged out (it's at least a GREAT base with an A/C, fold out bed and i've put a fridge in there, have a Joolca water system, etc.). I don't want to highjack this thread but feel free to PM me if you're interested and I'll send the FB link. (I've not got it listed here.)I really like the idea of rugged built trailers instead of truck campers, expedition trucks or even vans. a base camp just makes more since to me. you can carry more weight and they are easier to build with square walls. I'm dreaming of a gooseneck with a basement overall length about 26'
Sorry for the delay in responding. I thought we had a sale but it fell through. Yes, it is still available. This is a a really well equipped and thoughtful build - is it still for sale?
Why wait? This is a very reasonable price. Grab the trailer now then get the Earthroamer later after you win the lottery.Trailer is incredible. If I was **** rich Is have this (for kids and toys) and a Earthroamer for mom and dad. It’s incredible.
Correct, there is no pass through to the garage. I placed the large water tank directly over the axles so that prevents a pass through. I suppose one could put two water tanks in place of the one and make a door way in the middle.Fantastic trailer and even better writeup - thanks for the clear supporting information. Just to confirm, there is no pass through from living area to garage? I have two kids that Id like to have room for in a pinch.
Understood, thank you. I’d hate to compromise the solid build by cutting. I have passed your listing to a local friend - no kids.Correct, there is no pass through to the garage. Sorry for the delay. I am not getting notifications. The walls are 1" with standard foam board between the studs. The floor and ceiling is 3" foam. I am not sure of the R value. I will stop by a Home Depot or Lowes and see what the foam is rated. The builder, Rover Off Road, built this to my specs so they don't have this as a standard unit. This is a beautiful trailer ... Checked out the builder's site but couldn't find the details...What is the insulation value and thickness of the walls/floor?
