these are gently used and in perfect shape. they are fully submersible waterproof (to 300ft!) and made from a tough material. i was using them to store bedding/clothing on a roof rack and keep everything dry in bad weather. they were practically overkill for this purpose, people usually use them on whitewater trips tied to the side of a kayak/raft/etc.
